The masonry consists of blocks, poroton, and counterwall, while the German hardware used throughout the villa is made of stainless steel. The finishes include smooth plaster and decoration, as well as wood-effect ceramic floors that are laid like a deck, offering an anti-slip and smooth finish.

Construction of Casa Della Quercia began in February 2016 and was completed towards the end of 2017. The meticulous attention to detail extended to the landscaping, with the planting of shrubs, perennials, bulbs, and fruit trees continuing into 2019.
